Little Ferry Inn was conceived during the Pandemic of 2020.  It is our desire to provide a safe outdoor environment for families to spend time with each other, enjoy the wonders of God's creation, and to be one with nature.  It is our prayer that at Little Ferry Inn you will find a place of healing, rest, rejuvenation, and restoration.

Whether you’re planning a relaxing staycation, a waterfront wedding, a spa retreat, or a glamp camping experience, we provide the most unique and magical setting in the DMV.  Little Ferry Inn is the perfect place to staycation, celebrate, wind down, and congregate. We provide a private, safe, resort-like environment for families, friends, corporate teams, and the pastoral community to spend time, enjoy the wonders of God's creation, and to be one with nature. The 7,200 square foot property is nestled on 6.4 acres in King George, VA. Little Ferry Inn is a convenient drive to Fredericksburg, Dahlgren, and minutes to route 301. It is within 90 minutes of Washington, DC, Richmond, Annapolis, and Fairfax. With 240 feet of Potomac River frontage, a private dock with two boat lifts, and a sandy beach, it is ideally and uniquely situated for small gatherings, boating, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and crabbing.

The custom-built estate features a main house with 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths. A breezeway connects the mother-in-law suite and it’s private bath to the main house. A separate carriage house supplies an additional apartment with it’s own kitchen, fireplace, and full bathroom. Up to twenty guests can comfortably be accommodated overnight.

Additionally, Little Ferry Inn boasts a private swimming pool with a spa, a pool house, an outdoor shower, a boat dock with lifts, an exercise room, a custom bar, and a billiards room. Glamping tents, kayaks, jet skis, fly boards, and paddle boards are available to rent as well.
