"Ferry Tale" weddings begin at Little Ferry Inn.

Say your vows on the waterfront beach, under the weeping willow, beside the red barn, or poolside. For a true storybook day, arrive and depart by horse-drawn carriage.

We host everything from an intimate ceremony for 25 to a celebration for 200. Every wedding over 50 guests includes a tent as the weather plan, so the party goes on even if Mother Nature misbehaves.

​

VENUE FEES (8 hours unless noted)
• Micro wedding, up to 25 guests: $2,500 for 4 hours, with tables and chairs set up and broken down, and up to 2 servers
• Up to 30 guests: $7,500, with seating, setup and breakdown, and up to 3 servers
• 31 to 60 guests: $10,000, with up to 6 servers
• 61 to 100 guests: $12,500, with up to 10 servers
• 101 to 200 guests: from $13,750, plus $1,250 for each additional 25 guests
• Additional hours: $250 per hour up to 50 guests, $500 for 51 to 100, $750 for 101 to 200

FOOD AND BAR
• Custom wedding menus from $55 per person
• Bringing your own caterer: $25 per person. Caterers must be licensed and insured.
• Bar service from $1,800, with cocktails and mocktails

​

FOR LARGER WEDDINGS
• Tents, priced separately: 20 x 40 at $1,550 ($2,500 with sidewalls); 40 x 60 at $2,550 ($3,500 with sidewalls), which seats up to 200. You may decline the tent by signing a weather acknowledgement, since we don't offer weather-related refunds.
• Winter tented weddings include a heater at $650 a day.
• A guest restroom trailer is required over 50 guests: $1,400 for 51 to 100, $1,800 for 101 to 200.
• A local ordinance keeps all music and sound below 70 decibels after 10 PM.

STAY THE WEEKEND
Seven bedrooms across three buildings sleep up to 26 of your guests.
• Main House, five suites: $1,650 per night plus a $500 cleaning fee
• Exclusive Estate (Main House, In-Law Suite and Cottage Studio): $2,500 per night plus a $750 cleaning fee
• Book a three-night stay with your wedding and the wedding night is half price.
Pricing is higher on holidays, peak weekends and during the last two weeks of August.

RESERVING YOUR DATE
A 50% non-refundable deposit on the venue fee reserves your date, and the balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Overnight stays need a 25% non-refundable deposit. Virginia sales tax of 5.3% is added.

MAKE IT YOURS
Our preferred vendors cover wedding planning, photography, videography, event rentals, bartending, limousine service and horse-drawn carriage rides. You can also add:
• A sunset cruise on the Potomac aboard Etiquette, a 40-foot yacht, for the couple and up to 8 guests
• A spa party for the wedding party
• Waterfront eco-golf, with floating targets on the river
• Kayaking and paddle boarding, May through October
• Fishing and crabbing from the property
• Dinner prepared by a private chef
• A beach bonfire to close the night, weather permitting
