Price: $2500/Initiation Fee, then $475/month

Terms and Conditions

• Membership Duration: Each membership is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Booking and Availability: Room bookings are subject to availability. Advanced reservations are recommended.  There is an additional required cleaning fee of $450 for each overnight stay.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• Event Access: Access to events and activities is subject to scheduling and availability. Some events may require additional fees.

• Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid monthly.

• Use of Facilities: Members must adhere to all rules and regulations regarding the use of facilities and services.

• Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unused benefits at the end of the one-year membership are forfeited and do not carry over at the renewal of your membership.

• Changes to Terms: Little Ferry Inn reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the memberships at any time.
